Brooke is a San Diego native who has had a love for baking since a young age, finding joy not only in creating desserts but in the happiness they bring to others. At just 19 years old, she launched her first business, Bliss Cookie Cart, where she specialized in gourmet ice cream cookie sandwiches. What began as a passion quickly grew into something more.
Today, Brooke serves San Diego through Bliss Bakery SD, offering delicious baked goods and a unique customer experience. She holds a Cottage Food License and Food Handler/Manager certifications, ensuring quality and safety in every product. With heart and creativity, she’s excited to keep growing and sharing her love for baking.
